Flipkart — Product not delivered within the asured time | |||
Order No: OD[protected], placed order on 5th October 2014. Received an SMS from Flipkart on 7th October stating the shipment will be delivered on 7th October before 7 pm. However, I did not receive any call from the courier person on 7th. Waited till first half of 8th October but still did not hear from flipkart guys. On tracking order ID in flipkart webiste, saw a message which said that "the order was not delivered as customer requested reschedule", which is a false statement. As I had to go out of station on 8th October, requested flipkart customer care on 8th October 2014 to change the delivery address. The request was confirmed by them but still on 8th, 9th and 10th October, received as SMS again from them saying "We tried to deliver your flipkart.com shipment today. As per your instructions delivery will be reattempted." Called flipkart customer care once again to check whether new address was updated in their system. They confirmed it once again and said that the shipment will be delivered on 11th, but till date(13th October 2014), the product is not delivered. Neither have I received a single call from the delivery persons on any of these days. Was this information helpful? | |||
