[Resolved] Flipkart — Product Technical Problem | |||
I'm very disappointed after getting my product, order by my friend vide order no. OD[protected], [protected]@gmail.com. From your side I assist/ replaced it twice but still same issue in network. None of application run by my 2G sim. Some more issues is already discribed to customer care many times and now I'm tired off to say it again and again. Since 1st aug no response from your customer care also. So now I'm not continue with this product. Do some needful. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 05, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and apologized for the inconvenience and informed him that a scheduled call back is already arranged from the technical team tomorrow. Customer agreed to wait & he has also downloaded smart-check app. So closing the case.
