Flipkart — Purchase of tv having issues | |||
I had purchased IFFALCON by TCL 126 cm TV from Flipkart on 9th October 2021, this was delivered to me on 11th October 2021. The TV was installed on 13th October 2021. This is a smartTV and it has been hardly used in day time, we watch TV during evening or night for 3 to 4 hours only. This TV started giving a line at the bottom of screen since 1st November evening hence had to log a complaint (Job ID IN[protected] on 2nd November regarding this issue. The technician came by 3rd November 2021 and inspected TV. He informed that TV has front panel issue and that has to be replaced. Not even a month is completed, it is within 20 days and hardly been used and TV is giving issue of front panel gone bad, this is not a sign of good quality product. I had purchased this product from Flipkart thinking they never keep products that are of bad quality. Had spoken to TCL team executives (3rd November 21) and told them to replace this TV and not repair or else refund my money. They responded, give us some time as this is festival time lot of delivery has to happen, so i did not called during last week to customer care and technical team. Today (9th November 21) when i called to the technical team they are not having any updates or the status regarding to my complaint, when i asked to speak to senior persons that call executive said call after 1 pm as they come in office after 1 pm, i told him to take up my request and let your seniors call me back and let me know what is the solution been provided on my complaint. I am still waiting for a call from senior technical (3.30 pm) and no updates has been provided to me with regards to my complaint, as the product delivered is not of good quality and customer services is not a standard professionals to deliver customer satisfaction services, kindly replace my TV or refund my money.
