[Resolved] Flipkart — Purchased Geyser through flipkart. Received defective item. | |||
Hi I ordered a Geyser(Bajaj) from flipkart on 21st Jaunary 2015. The item was delivered to me around 28th of January. Over the weekend i got the same installed and when turned the power on the machine was simply not switching on. We checked the power plus and there was no issue and relasied that the problem is with Geyser. Knowing that resolving through flipkart will not be smooth, i called the retailer(Ambica Electronics) who sent me the product. They assured that they would send somebody to check it within 48 hours. I waited and - since there was no update- after 2/3 days requested the product return through flipkart website. I got a communication that i will be getting a call by 5th Feb. on 5th Feb i got a call when i was in a meeting and i requested them to call me back in 30 mins. I was told that i would be getting a call in 3 hours. However i did not get any call that day. That weekend i called flipkart customer care and tried to talk to the respective people and find a solution. I wasted about 30 mins however i was told that nobody can address it then and would get a call by 09th Feb. No communication after that as on date. I got an email after that mentioning they will update me by 11th Feb. So far nothing happened and i am clueless of what is happening. Please help to resolve.
