Flipkart — Quality issues

I bought vans shoes from flipkart having 5k price. On the 35th day of its delivery the shoes got torn of[censored]nexpectedly. I wore it just for 4/5 times and the product is in bad condition now. Being flipkart and vans both two renowned companies, its hard to bear. And the technical support from flipkart is nil. They have no answers for this. Wat will i do with these shoes now?? I am forwarding complaint to every department as its hard me to spend for such useless thing. Please help out. Flipkart getting worse
