[Resolved]  Flipkart — Received defect product and they are not replacing it

HI,

I ordered Lenovo K6 mobile and order number is OD[protected].
1st I got product having heating and hanging issues later they replaced the product. 2nd one they delivered defect product, it is not at all working.

I contacted flipkart customer care they told me to go to service center. If service center will not resolve issue with in 3 days they told flipkart will replace product or refund money. I went to service center they told to wait for 3 weeks. Now I am contacting customer care, they are not at all responding instead they blocked my number. Flipkart suppling products with defects or fake one. Please check this and help me.

A replacement has been provided to customer. If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website/App/Mobile site within 10 days of receiving the product.

We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective. If no defect is confirmed, the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery, a troubleshooting step cannot be performed, or if one replacement has already been provided, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.
