[Resolved] Flipkart — Received defective mobile but not replacement | |||
Hi Team, I ordered Mi4i mobile and it got deliver to my address on 06/25/2015. Order Id: OD[protected]. On the same day i came to know that the product which i have receive is a defective product as it gets heated within one minute o[censored]sage. On the same night i requested for return the package. The product can not keep near to my ear and there is 100% chance that it can get burst any time. However i received a call from the representative, he asked me to download one app so that flipkart team can check the temperature of my mobile one line. I am very much astonished by the fact that here use of this mobile will lead to risk to my life, but still flipkart team is asking to use that device in order to check the temperature. It just like bomb I am handling in my hand. It can blast anytime. The phone also has a problem of network issue and call gets disconnected while speaking. The. heating level is so high which could lead to permanent hearing loss. As suggested by the flipkart technical team advisor, I have updated the mobile and also did reset. however the problem is still persist. I can not use this cell phone as it get heated so badly. I would like know why flipkart give fake 30 days replacement guaranty when they do not want to provide the same. I am really frustrated and felling like suicide now a day. If any thing happen to me due to this frustration flipkart will be responsible for the same. please help me to get refund from the fake flipkart company. Verified Support Jul 16, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer complains stating that his handset has heating issues and we have already done smart-check and found there was no issue with the device and guided customer to service center. So closing the case as the complaint is addressed.
