Hello sir / madam Mai poonam pol, maine flipkart site se mi note 3 (dark grey) ye mobile liya tha. par mobile fualty nikala. maine maildwara complaint ki tab flipkartwalone mujhe refund diya. is mutabik maine mera mobile 9 th oct 2016 ko submite kiya. flipkart ke rule ke mutabik 48 hrs me refund aana cahiye tha. par abhitak mujhe koi refund nahi mila. mai flipkart ke website pe bar bar mail bhej rahi hu. fhir bhi unki taraf se koi sahayata nahi mil rahi.
