This is in reference to the purchase made on Flipkart. The company has to make a refund of Rs.19999 which they are claiming to be already done on time but till date money is not yet credited into my account.Its been more than a month and still getting the same response from flipkart.I request you to please look into the case and get my money refunded as soon as possible.Order Details are mentioned below. order ID: OD[protected] Reference Number:[protected] Let me know if you need any further information from my side. Verified Support May 19, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have already informed customer that we have refunded the amount. We have also provided ARN number to cross check with bank. So closing the case until customer reverts with bank statement.
