Unacceptable Customer Service and Frustrating Experience - Order ID OD[protected] and OD[protected]
Dear Flipkart Customer Service,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the level of customer service I have received regarding my recent orders with Flipkart.
On 15th February, I placed an order for an AC with the order ID OD[protected]. Subsequently, I noticed a price reduction and promptly placed another order with the ID OD[protected]. I attempted to cancel the initial order within the 24-hour window, but encountered a persistent technical issue preventing cancellation.
I immediately contacted your customer care, and I was informed that there was an ongoing technical problem preventing cancellations. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to cancel the order, and the representatives I spoke to were unable to provide any concrete solution, citing the same technical issue repeatedly.
On Sunday, 18th February, the delivery agent contacted me, but he could not cancel the order and advised me to contact Flipkart directly. This ongoing issue has caused me significant frustration and wasted hours of my time, as every executive I spoke to provided the same excuse without offering a resolution.
In a particular instance, on 18th February, I spoke with an executive named Himanshu, who assured me that a supervisor would contact me within four hours. Unfortunately, this promise was not fulfilled, and subsequent conversations with other representatives revealed that there is no mechanism in place to schedule calls with supervisors. This misinformation only added to my frustration.
Today, on 19th February, I spoke with a senior executive named Mithilesh, who displayed a complete lack of professionalism and provided unacceptable suggestions such as keeping both ACs and putting one in another room. This kind of response is not only illogical but also reflects poorly on Flipkart's customer service standards.
I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for several years, making substantial purchases for both personal and office use. However, the deteriorating quality of customer service is alarming. It is disheartening to experience such unprofessional behavior from your representatives and the lack of a timely resolution to a technical issue.
I implore Flipkart to take immediate action to rectify this situation, cancel the initial order, and process a refund promptly. The mental harassment and frustration caused by this ordeal are unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on Flipkart's reputation.
I trust that this matter will be addressed urgently and appropriately. I hope to receive a call from a sensible and technically competent representative within the next day. If this issue persists without resolution, I will be left with no choice but to consult with my legal team to seek further assistance.
