Flipkart is refusing to return my money on cancelled orders it's been over 15 days. Total amount Rs.1, 02, 476. I have contacted their CS head too with two reminders and all emails have been ignored. I believe flipkart is conducting this scam in association with or through seller omnitech retail (suspected subsidiary). So far i have found no contact information for omnitech retail and flipkart refused to divulge seller information without a court order. If flipkart is withholding your money too on a cancelled order kindly leave a comment and i will get in touch with you, my sister is a lawyer and we might have a solution to this fraud. May 4, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Received refund after 25days and national consumer helpline complaint. Very disappointed. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 21, 2022 Updated by rubyj Netbanking statement redacted screenshot proving payment made to flipkart. Proof also shows partial refund made by flipkart. They both have notified flipkart but clearly flipkart is testing the 1 month deadline. Beware of flipkart folks!! Amazon buyer protection policies are better and their Greivance resolution is timely unlike flipkart!
