[Resolved] Flipkart — refund not received in my card

Dear Sir,

It has been long time that i am using your site for online shopping.Few days back i have received some virtual prepaid card "MasterCard" for online shopping form U.S bank.You are authorized merchant of that card.My 11 items refund is not credited in my card.I had contact my U.S bank they replied it is pending for cancellation from seller.I had already sent many emails to flipkart but did not get any solution of the problem.For your reference i will share screenshot of the all item order.

Updated by singh94 Please note i will share statement with you on your request.I also sharing email from my bank for the latest cancel order from your side.
"Thank you for your inquiry on your prepaid card. When looking into your account, it appears that Flipkart had authorized your card, but the transaction was still pending at the time you submitted your inquiry. Since the payment was not completely processed by the merchant, the funds returned to your card on 06/19/2018

Now every order is cancelled by seller amount deducted from my account not return to my card.Only $10 return on one card.Please note that i am using international card for shopping.Almost one month completed and my refund is pending with you.When i contact my bank they asking Authorization is pending from Merchant flip kart.Please resolved my issue as soon as possible.

I am attaching my bank number also with this.
