I ALWAYS SHOP ONLINE WITH FLIPKART.COM AND EVERY TIME MY EXPERIENCE WITH FLIPKART WAS WONDERFUL. BUT DURING MY LAST PURCHASE I HAD A TOUGH TIME WITH FLIPKART. THE PRODUCT (MOBILE) DELIVERED WAS FAULTY. I CONTACTED FLIPKART AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THE ISSUE. BUT STILL MY PROBLEM IS PENDING AT FIIPKART END. WHENEVER I CONTACTED THEM THEY ALWAYS GIVE EXCUSES.
