This is regarding 2 order placed on flipkart. Details are given below:-

Both these orders have been delivered to me. 1st one on 1.9.2022 and 2nd one on 25.08.2022. Screen shot attached.
As per flipkart return policy both these products are eligible for returns and refund within in 10days of delivery. But return option is not showing on flipkart app for both these products.
When I am tring to call the customer care executive they are saying both these products delivery is not updated in their system. I have been following up for this problem since delivery of order ID - OD[protected]
PETER ENGLAND Slim Men Black Jeans which was done on 25.08.2022 at around 4 pm.
Flipkart is not giving any proper solution to my problem and just giving dates for resolving it. First they gave me a date that this issue will be resolved by 30.08.2022 but then itvwas extended to 1.09.2022 and now it has been revised to 6.09.2022.
It is very much clear that this is a technical error with flipkart but flipkart customer care staff a d backend team has proved to be completely incompetent to resolve it.
I also wanted to raise this request to flipkart higher authority through emails but flipkart does not provide any email id for customer complaints. It seems flipkart deliberately does not want to have and written proof of complaints related to their service. Still I have recorded calls of conversations with their customer care executives which I can produce if required. My request to flipkart higher official is to reslove my problem at the earliest of I will be compelled to go for further escalation of this issue with consumer forum.
