Hello Sir, Regarding Sansui faulty AC delivered and repair or response not done since last more than one month. I have purchased two ACs from flipkart of Sansui brand. I have attached invoices here with this email for the details about the details. Since ACs are installed one AC is giving error in display. I first make flipkart aware about the error in AC display, they suggested me to contact sansui service centre. Reason given by them is product is wrong deliver than they can help but this issue is in product itself I should claim for warranty from sansui. Further I have contacted sansui regarding the same but engineer came and went away saying that sansui will send another engineer for repair. Than after I have waited for more than 6 days but I do not get any response from sansui. Hence I have again contacted sansui, they said you need to log complain again. I have re-logged complain details are as below: 216504.2.2016Sansui complain no: AHM[protected] Date of complain:[protected] After the above complain no one came for replacement of the product or repair of the product. I am bearing this since last more than one month and seeking for the help from your side. Per the latest conversation from Flipkart they promised to resolve complaint as soon as possible,
I am Really frustrated with the sansui customer care. Done more than 14 calls[protected] but they always said yes you logged complaint but it is in pending status. what a irresponsible reply. world's worst customer support center. I'll never forgot this mental harassment from the sansui & flipkart team.
Thank you Consumer complaints forum for escalating issue, at least from your involvement I see one reply from videocon part else, until now they never responded.
