Flipkart — Regarding the return of item due to damaged product | |||
I have ordered intex fitrist through flipkart with orderID OD[protected], as it was damaged product, i was asked to customer care regarding this and they said me to return the product, and i was requested for the return and they said your return process shall complete in 72 working hours and they had given me a return order ID i.e, Return ID:[protected]. As it was completed almost 1 most one month flipkart has not responded to it and they are saying your return request is in process. Was this information helpful? | |||
