Dear Official,
Since the date of delivery of product on 26.06.2022; raised request for replacement of the product with ordered Grey Colour.Colour of the product delivered was silver. It was not accepted due to colour difference.But my replacement request has been cancelled 7 times on trot stating that 'cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact'.But I have not raised any issue regarding any missing item or damage. Mean time flipkart blocked my account on 03.07.2022 with due malafide intension.On several times request, they had unblocked my account on[protected].Mean time they had closed return request window also.
I had paid all amount to Flipkart (Approx 32319/-) to flipkart & till date unable to use product.Flipkart is not telling anything to resolve the issue & my family is suffering also.
Need your kind intervention to have proper justice.
