Flipkart — replace the total product | |||
Through order No : WSRP[protected] We received Moto G 2nd Gen. From the Beginning itself charger was not working and Handset getting more Heat. Regarding this I sent a complaint on 30th september. After that from flipkart Mr.Shyad spoke to me on 1st October and said that to go for restore factory settings after take Backup then the Problem will clear. I've done the same thing but the same problem continues. Hence you please replace the entire product (Cell No: [protected]) Was this information helpful? | |||
