Flipkart — Replacement Not Approved | |||
Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected]. Order contains: Moto G 2nd Generation. I have received the above ordered item on 28th March, 2015. But when I power on the phone for the 1st time I have noticed a white spot on the centre of the display. Then I 1st contacted the Moto Care Centre. They replied me to contact Flipkart. Then I called the Flipkart Customer Care regarding this problem. They told me that a Flipkart executive will call me on the next day to troubleshoot the issue. They called me and told me to reset the phone. But this is a hardware issue and resetting the phone cannot solve it. But still I tried phone reset and issue not solved. Again they told me that a Flipkart executive will call me again on next day regarding this. In my case I have noticed that they are ignoring my issue. My phone's screen white spot issue is a hardware issue. Phone reset and any troubleshooting steps cannot solve it. So, Why they don't give me a Replacement? Under the Flipkart 30 days Replacement Policy, I have the Full Right to get the Replacement. So I kindly request you to accept my complaint and take proper action regarding this. Please mamage them to approve my Replacement Request and arrange a Pick-up as soon as possible. No more Troubleshooting. I have already tried all troubleshooting steps. But still My phone has the white spot on the screen. So now I want Direct Replacement as soon as possible. I hope a better response soon. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
