It was seen that it hangs occasionally and reverse/back button did not work occassionally. I have on line customer care complained on date 03.10.15, Complain no INCIDENT ID[protected], and all the said act done what said by customer care such as Factory reset, rebooting etc . Inspite of this all in vain . Hence you are requested to please change the existing hand set . as it is defective piece. Thanking you for early response & action please. Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer was already informed to download the smart check app. Tried calling customer but no response, wanted to check whether the app is downloaded and can perform the SC. Due to customer no response will do follow up.
