[Resolved] Flipkart — Replacement of lenovo k6 power | |||||
I have requested for replacement as my order product is having below defect. 1. Speaker is not good the sound quality is bad and somebody of call me then i am unable to listen. 2. Mic issue 3. Heating issue while making calls the phone heat very instantly. I have requested for replacement more than 3 times and everytime it got rejected. It's now near about 10days policy which is basically the replacement period. Now the flipkart executive rejecting all the replacement request intentionally. I am really facing worst services from flipkart. Requesting you to please take this issue as priority basic and replace my old phone as a new one. Or else please refund black my money.
