[Resolved] Flipkart — Replacement related | |||
I ordered vega helmet on 21/10/21 via Flipkart. My order delivered on 29/10/21 with outer box damaged and helmet broken condition..So I request on 29/10/21 for replacement but Till now they don't make return pickup..The Flipkart website shows return will pickedup in 29/11/21...It's too late for return pickup..I need to replace my helmet quickly because It's seller's mistake, they send product without proper package so it's broken...My replacement Id:[protected]...I have enclosed my return pickup related screenshot... Nov 12, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After 15 days long struggle I got my refund today and pickedup my Helmet...I never want to buy anything from Flipkart after this...Goodbye Flipkart... Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
