[Resolved] Flipkart — Replacement/refund is not done yet | |||||
I brought a product from flipkart App on 12 Jan 2016 and got a defective product.So I raised a request for replacement but that did not happen for a quite long time.. then I requested for a refund and called flipkart N number of times...everytime they are asking for bank details and raise a fresh reqeust. I got vexed with this behavior.. I did not expect Flipkart to be this disrespectful to its customer.
