Flipkart — Resolve the problem of handset

I bought mobile lenovo k3 note.

Total cost : rs 7249.
This handset is not working properly. the has very bad network problem and hang problem also.
This problem is generating many problems in my official work, i m feeling very imbarahing for my network problem issue.
Now i m not finding any service center in surat of lenovo co.
The warranty period is one year so the warranty period is still valid.
Please kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.
