[Resolved] Flipkart — return of defective redmi note 4G | |||
I bought a redmi note 4G from flipkart (online shopping portal) on 24/04/15 . Order ID: OD[protected] I place return request on 26/04/15 because the phone is defective. Battery and flashlight having a problem. I had called the customer care of flipkart many times but they are not attending a complaint. I raised complaints many times to their customer care center but not yet solved. Last Complaint no[protected] I request you to look into this matter and help me to solve this issue urgently. Verified Support May 05, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and got to know that he was facing some issue with the handset as flash option was faulty. It is found that we have already arranged for a replacement which is already shipped and hence informed the status and closing the case.
