HI FLIPKART TEAM, THIS IS MY LAST EMAIL TO THE TEAM . Neither do i have the product nor the reverse product and the money has not yet been sent to the wallet . The last mail your stupid unprofessional team made was 10 dayd back !! does the service industry take this long ???? i need immediate action and this is harrassment to the customer !! ALL THIS IS PERTAINING TO THE HARRASSMENT THAT THE TEAM HAS CAUSED ME ( AS A CUSTOMER ) WHEN I PLACED AN ORDER USEING A COMBINATION OF COUPONS ALONG WITH THE CASH PAYMENT FOR OVER 4000 RUPEES. tHE WRONG DELIVERY WAS DONE AND WHEN REQUESTED FOR THE EXCHANGE, THERE WAS A FRAUD DOEN BY THE FLIPKART TEAM ALONG WITH THE COURIER PARTNER TEAM ( EKART ) . THERE IS AN EXCEUTIVE CALLED BIRENDER MANDAL WHO PICKED UP ALL MY 4 PRODUCTS FOR EXCHANGE ON 27 NOV AND DID NOT DELIVER IT TO THE TEAM . WHEN SOMEONE CAME TO DELIVER MY PRODUCTS ON 2 DEC, REFUSED TO HANDOVER SINCE THEY WANTED EXCHANGE BACK . POST WHICH THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUITIVE ( ANKIT MEHTA ) ALONG WITH A GUY CALLED SAURABH ASSURED ME PRODUCT DELIVERY BY 9TH AND TILL DATE THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION . IS ANYONE RESPONDING OR SHOULD THIS BE TAKEN TO LIVE MEDIA ????????????? This is a delayed process and as my other e mail ..pls understand that the ither 3 products have been under some fraud by e kart since they have my returned items but are not accepting the same. We tried to reach you on the contact number [protected] provided to us regarding the reverse pick up of the damaged/defective item. However, there was no response for the same. As you confirmed pickup is done for 4 products kindly revert us back with the acknowledgement receipt so that we can process for the replacement as we got an update from our logistic partner stating pickup is done only for 1 product.
