I don't need anymore explanation from you all ... Such pathetic customer care service I never had it my life... False commitment and cheating customer is become passion of yours ... Today also configuration not done ...thanks for the great customer service ... Will you please take your stuff back and give us our valuable money. No more talks required on this subject pls.. Will go to some other respected online shop and get some reputed brand other than haier and flipkart

No more flipkart, no more haier product ... Absolutely pathetic

Hope I will get the money back before I would get in to consumer court.

It's taking too long... absolutely ridiculous .. In this case you should remove your false commitment from the website as within 48 hours service commitment.. Now u calculate how many hours you taking to process ..
It you can't process in a day time ie itomorrow .. Pls cancel my order and return the money ..

Trail mail has my delivery note, as per your promise the engineer of the said washing machine brand didn't turned up ... I have been told by customer care people on 23rd that they cannot take this complaint today ... Is it your customer service ...hope some body will call me solve this issue
