[Resolved] Flipkart — Sellers be careful while going for SPF Claim in flipkart | |||
My SPF claims are not getting settled in flipkart beyond many mails and phone calls.I[censored]r not able to settle the claim then get my product back immediately. By calling they just say we will arrange a call back but nothing happened.they are cheating. Was this information helpful? | |||

we have 2 complaints where we have insisted not to accept return as there is an onsite service from the manufacturer as it doesnt come under the replacement policy -- but there was no response from your team and the return was accepted and they didnt cancel the replacement order.
