No response on several complaint for the delayed replacement of a defective Geyser that I purchased from Flipkart. I have been facing water leakage issue from geyser and pressure valve since installation by flipkart's technician which I have appraised to their team on day one itself and despite multiple complaints raised, I have not received any response or resolution so far.
The main reason behind the delay in replacing the defective Geyser is the inability to uninstall the defective unit. I have been actively trying to coordinate with their customer support team to schedule the uninstallation and subsequent installation of the replacement geyser. However, this process has been incredibly slow and unresponsive, it has been disappointing to experience a lack of response and assistance from Flipkart.
This has caused moral harassment from flipkart and trust issue its service.
I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
Please acknowledge the receipt of this and provide an update on the progress of my complaint as soon as possible.
