[Resolved] Flipkart — Shoes damaged in 6 days | |||||
I purchased shoes from flipkart I wear only 6 days her upper net got damaged I complained flipkart 3 times they send her executive but both times they disagree to replace the shoes. They both times rejected replacement. The flipkart company gives 30 days replacement warranty but still 3 times he rejected complaint. He said that I wear it 6 days so it is used shoes but you say If I not worn that shoes so how will I know about the bad quality of shoes please help me for this. Verified Support Jul 05, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed to send images to [protected]@flipkart.com we will check and if damages is due to mishandling then we cant do anything.
