May 19, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Mar 09, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that headset is not working and he looking for replacement. Informed customer that product is Out of stock so will do refund. But customer is looking for product and told customer that order new product from different seller will give difference amount then also customer didn't agree and he does not want any resolution. Hence closing the case.
