Flipkart — SPOOK Full Sleeve Striped Men Jacket

Dear team,
I have ordered one men jacket "SPOOK Full Sleeve Striped Men Jacket" red and navy blue on 12th Feb"24 and as per confirmation by Flipkart same will deliver by 17th February but jacket has been delivered on 18th February however when I opened the packet I noticed that wrong product delivered by Flipkart, I have received black normal jacket. Refer attachment for your reference. I'm really very dissatisfied with service.id-OD[protected]

Updated by nsuman18 Get notification thet replacment will done on 25th February but I want replacement before 22nd because I have purchased the same give someone as a gift and family function on 22nd February

Updated by nsuman18 After multiple reminders product was not replaced on 22nd of February, I have received today the replacement product but again I have received same wrong product, refer attached pictures for your reference
