[Resolved] Flipkart — Substandard product | |||
I had ordered two Slimfit trousers through online portal, Flipkart.com The seller is Vaibhav Enterprises. order ID OD[protected] dated 19 may, 2015. It has been a month since I received the product and after the first wash, the cloth shruk too much and its color blemished in parts. This is not the product I expected it to be as they promised on the website. Also, the material/ Product is not the same as depicted on the Flipkart portal. Both, the seller and Flipkart are misleading the customers and delivering substandard product. I would like to take action against both. Prabhu M Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 01, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried reaching customer on "[protected]" and there was no response, So sent e-mail to customer asking for alternate number and convenient time and also informing him that we will not be able to take a return as the product has crossed the replacement period and closing the complaint.
