[Resolved] Flipkart — Supply of Defective Product ordered online | |||
I have purchased online from Flipkart - Phillips SHC 1300 Wireless Headphones. vide Order OD[protected] The product was received by me on 9 Sep 2014 through courier mail. The AC/DC adapter and the transmitter which came along with the headphone are defective because of which the cordless headphone cannot be installed and it is of no use. I immediately complained to Flipkart and requested for return/replacement of defective accessories. The reply received is shown below :- "We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for following items in the Order OD[protected]". Please advise how I can use the product with defective accessories. Flipkart should take immediate action to deliver replacement of defective accessories so that the product can be use by me [protected]@gmail.com [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
