[Resolved] Flipkart — Technical issue in new Mobile | |||
I brought a mi4i mobile in flipkart, 2nd September i purchase and 3rd september i received the product.when i on the mobile its getting too much heat within 20 Minot i called to the flipkart customer care but they said it is not our fault 9days they didnt give any conclusion about my problem . then they said that go to the service center and prove it your mobile having technical problem and i prove it i have receipt from mi service center.but they said that thwy wont give my money they give only replacement same brand mobile.it is 13000/- i spend .i am a student this is very big amount for me . i want my money back not the replacement, flipkart customer care also said they refund my money but now thwy change there statement.many customer care executive talk with me they are said that they can help me but they wont, all flipkart staff change their statement after giving the mobile default prove, now what i will do my total 13000/- rs are wast they force me to use this brand mobile they know this mobile having so much problem.i am a student they wont understand they mentally harass me from the 2nd septemer to till now.
