[Resolved] Flipkart — The customer service and satisfaction doesn't matter for Flipkart. | |||||
Hello, Order number: od[protected] Date of order delivery: 05-jun-2017 (Delayed by 5 days after out for delivery) Mobile phone: sansui horizon 2 I have bought a product from flipkart, the phone is not working properly and looking like very cheap local product. There are few issues as below: Issues: 1. Mic is not working properly, the voice is not clearly audible to the person at other side. 2. Some part is making noise inside the phone near camera. 3. Heating proble which is less but still phone starts heating suddenly 4. Battery is draining too fast without using phone as well. 40% battery is draining in 3 hours without use and company installed apps only. 5. Touch is not responsive. Overall not worth for money. I have called customer care within 6-7 hours of delivery only to return the phone as i am facing so and so issues. Please place a return request. The interaction with customer care is pathetic which i have seen ever, they dont want to help you out. 1. 05-jun-2017: The call was going on till 30 mins on 05-jun — 2017, the person told me to follow few trobleshooting steps which are not at all relevant (Eg. Restart the phone, go to setting, adjust the battery power, reset your phone etc). Then he place a return request and told that the technician will visit to my home for checking. 2. 07-jun-2017 followup call: The call was going on for 50 mins just to take a return request again and again i have to do the troubleshooting before giving return request. Even the troubleshooting is not relevant to any hardware issue. This time the troubleshooting was followed with multiple checks same as before, the customer care executive (Ms. Sana) was not ready to place a return request. Finally she has taken a return and refund request where she told that the refund will be received post technician visit and approval. Again the technician will visit and do many discussions. Flipkart return or refund policy is not customer friendly. The seller is rejecting your return request and they are not helping you with resolution. Why we have to spent our 1 hour just for placing a return request over a call. The request placed through flipkart side is not considered. Also all the questions asked and troubleshooting steps followed by customer care is just for wasting our time. Flipkart is not at all thinking in customer satisfaction, they are loosing their customer base and brand value by behaving like this. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Jun 09, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer, apologized for the issue and informed that the return have been approved and informed the TAT. Customer had a doubt, how the exchange phone amount will be refunded. Requested customer 10 to 15 min and informed we will call back. Checked with team inform customer that the amount will go as egv automatically once the product is been picked up and informed the TAT and validity. Customer agreed and closing the case.
