Flipkart — They did not address issue with product

What a worst experience with Flipkart. So many issue I faced earlier also but I ignored all those but this time I am not going to sit silent. Below is the issue which I faced with Flipkart:

Bought a TV from Flipkart on 23rd May, it got delivered on 28th May. After some day I found that it has some issue and then reported it to change my TV to Flipkart on 4th June. After reporting issue I got a mail and message that the TV will be delivered on 5th June in between 12-4PM. That day I had some personal work but I postponed that to receive that TV. I was waiting for the TV that day and then I got a call around in the evening that we are scheduling a technician visit to your place who will check the TV and if there will be any issue we will take further action. Then I asked that I got a mail and message that your TV will be delivered today and I am waiting for the same then what happened to that, then she told that no that is System generated mail and message so ignore them. Then I asked that I am waiting for TV by postponing some personal and urgent work and you are asking that those are system generated and ignore those then you should have informed that earlier itself because due to your mistake I changed some of my personal plan. Then she apologized and asked to schedule technician visit. Then I thought its OK and asked her to send the technician and also asked how much time it will take to technician to visit my place then she told max 72 hours. After this, technician visited my place on 7th June and found that there is a problem and asked that you should replace the TV and he gave me a job sheet also with problem details.

After all this I was waiting a confirmation from Flipkart to replace my TV but I didn't get any. Again I called them on 8th June after completing 72 hours which that lady committed for max time. In that call I asked that you have scheduled technician visit for the issue reported by me then what happened to that then he told that he will be visiting tomorrow i.e. 9th June, then I asked that Flipkart told me that it will take max 72 hours for visit and now it is more than that then why are you asking more time? Then he started apologizing and told please sir wait for one more day. Then I told that yesterday itself technician visited my place and you are telling that tomorrow he will be visiting then don't you have any update on that? After hearing this he became angry then he told already technician visited your place and then you are asking for status, what is this why didn't you tell me that earlier? Then I told him you should be knowing the status but you don't know that then it is your problem not mine. Then I asked him that OK leave it now when are you going to replace my TV then he told that technician has updated his comment that TV is working fine and there is no problem. This was a big shock to me. My question is, "At the starting he told me that till now technician has not visited your place and he will be visiting tomorrow and once I told that he already visited my place then how come so fast he got technician's comment that is also wrong comment because he told me and mentioned in the job sheet that there is a problem?" Then I told him that boss you have wrong information, technician told me that there is a problem and he has mentioned same in the job sheet. Then he asked about the job sheet scan copy, this time I was pissed off and I asked him to connect this call to his senior, first I want to talk to him then only I will send the scan copy. Then he told that, all my seniors are busy so I am scheduling a call back from my senior which will take max 4 hours, then I told fine. After this I waited for call but I never got any call and after 15-18 hours of this (I don't remember time exactly) I called them again. On this call after listening all these incident that guy started apologizing to me and asked to send that scan copy. Till this time my patience had gone and I started arguing then he disconnected the call, this is also a bad action from Flipkart. After 2-3 minute I got call from Flipkart and then he asked for the issue. Then again I explained the same thing to him and asked for the reason then he again apologized and asked for the scan copy then I mentioned without talking to your senior I am not going to send that scan copy. After that till some time I waited for call from their side but I didn't get. After that I put this on Twitter by tagging Flipkart and Sachin Bansal. After that I got a call from their Social Media head and again he asked for the issue and again I explained all those things to him, again he apologized and asked for the scan copy of Job Sheet. This time I sent that to him and after some time they called me and apologized and told that there was a mistake from our side and we are going to replace your TV. Till now I was pissed off with the Flipkart (one more issue was going parallel to this which I will explain below), and asked for some compensation along with my money which they denied and told there is no provision for any compensation. Here my question is, is there any provision to Flipkart to create all the above issue with their customers?

Now My point is, why all these issue I had with Flipkart? Why always they gave me wrong information? I was getting call from Flipkart at least 3-4 times a day which use to last for minimum 30 min each and each time I use to fight with them, argue with them which was disturbing me mentally and I was having headache and all. Is this what I expected from Flipkart before purchasing the product from them?

One more point I want to add to this is, today I again got a call from Flipkart representative and he tried to convince me to take my money back without compensation but I didn't agree. After this whatever he told that was surprising for me, he told that sir there is a defect in TV which is defect in product which is Brand issue and Flipkart is there in between brand and customer so why Flipkart is not responsible for that. This was really surprising for me, I never expected this kind of comment from Flipkart. My point is, to whom I paid the money for this TV, Flipkart or that brand and also why should I bother about their internal process, I know Flipkart, I paid to Flipkart then why should I think about brand mistake or anything?

Above I mentioned about one more issue that I will explain now. I ordered one Washing Machine from Flipkart after ordering TV and I got that same. Later I found that Washing Machine has some problem and I request for replace and same way I got mail for the delivery of the Washing Machine stating that it will be delivered to the next day. After this I was busy with the discussion in the TV issue and thought they will be processing the Washing machine request also. After 5 days of raising that replace request when I didn't get any call or anything from Flipkart I called them and asked about the status then they told that they didn't get any such request then I asked if you didn't get any such request then why it is showing on Flipkart site about my request and how I got the mail for the same then he told ok give us some time to look into this. After that he called next day and told that we are scheduling technician visit to your place which will take 72 hours and after technician comment we can proceed further then I asked why are you taking so much time time why don't you simply replace the product then he told this is our process and we can't avoid the process so my question is, according to Flipkart after raising any complain it should take max 72 hours to resolve that issue but till 5 days after raising request why didn't they do anything and for that where was their process. After long fight for this also they agreed to replace the product but again it took 2 days from their side to confirm the same. Since it took much time and they were not resolving my other issue I asked them to put it on hold for some time and either resolve my previous issue or for both I will ask for money back with compensation.

After all these what I feel is, now Flipkart has become totally junk, they have started selling junk products to their customer due to that their customers are suffering. Also there is no one to take responsibility for anything. I tagged Sachin Bansal to all my posts to Social Media, I wrote him a mail also but I never get any reply to any of my mail or post.
