I bought a handset from your flipkart few days ago I found a complaint in my phone I call many times for the complaint but every time they told me to wait last 22nd July but still their is no solution of my problem I got frustrated about your replacement services. Pls change my phn as soon as possible and I promise I will go to the consumer cout for this if thr is no action from yourside. My order no. Verified Support Jul 23, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer posted complaint regarding the phone and he had got confirmation that the issue will be resolved by 22nd July 2015. How ever the case is pending with RMT team. The issue is addressed to concerned team.
