[Resolved] Flipkart — tv demo & installation issue | |||
Hi, We have booked a in flipkart on 04-oct-2019 and committed deliver was 15-oct-2019 but delivered on 18-oct-2019. We have requested customer care many times about that and they agreed to complete with in 48 hours but never happens and same thing was repeated till 31-oct-2019. When we call to them they have been telling same stories to complete the installation. This is really a bad experience with flipkart. Now the emi time has been started and tv was not yet installed.
