I ordered a Realme TV from Flipkart on[protected]. Recently, the display stopped working, prompting me to file a complaint with Realme since my TV panel is still under warranty. However, when the technician visited, they denied service, citing a mismatch in the serial number.
Upon inspection, I discovered that the serial number on the invoice from Flipkart does not match the one on the TV.
Despite lodging a complaint with Flipkart on 1st March, I have yet to receive any resolution. I've repeatedly contacted Flipkart about this issue, but it remains unresolved.
Why should I endure this mental ordeal for a mistake that is not mine? I am suffering due to the seller's negligence, and it's unfair to put me through all of this.
