1. I have raised an incident with Flipkart for an unauthorized transaction happened on 06-Mar-2022. Till last week, there was an option to request for a call back through IVR, if the executives are busy. it seems this option was removed and was unable to reach to customer care or request for callback.
2. For my issue, every time, I reached customer care, I heard, that the issue will be resolved in 24/48 hours. But, even after a month also, I was hearing the same thing that the issue will be resolved in 24/48 hours.
But, since this Monday (this week onwards), I was trying to reach customer care for last 5 days and IVR says, all executives are busy... try after some time or reach out through online (internet site / app). But, I see there is no option to reach out to them to get the status of my issue. Was this information helpful? |
