[Resolved] Flipkart — Unethical behaviour | |||
Hi I have purchased Havells Neo 3 L Storage Water Geyser in flipkart where it is also mentioned that installation is free Delhi, Noida Region. But when i called Havells for installation they told that irrespective location intallation will be free only if it is more than 3L models. I paid installation charges and also raised a concern with Flipkart but it is not removed from the product or not provided any solution so far about the amount paid. Customer has been provided false/scam information to buy the product. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am not sure why it is marked resolved. As i still see the Free installation message in the product page.
Until you are removing the message this issue should not be resolved.
It is clearly a violation since Hovells have clearly confirmed in audio recording that they dont provide such service and same from Flipkart customer care as well.
Please update.

As on yesterday, I have received refund of the amount i paid for installation Rs.200. Thank you for the refund.
But i still see the "Free Installation" message on the product page "http://www.flipkart.com/havells-neo-3-l-storage-water-geyser/p/itmdypbg7mbavdfu?pid=WGYDYPBG7BA2WTWH" which is false information as per Havells company installation policy.
"Free Installation" message has to be removed and make sure that the false information has been updated in future.
