I ordered Google pixel 6a from Flipkart through Vision star seller on 17th, it was supposed to be delivered on 19th july. we were contacting customer care each day. Order status was "out for delivery" since 21st.
However, there was no call / sms / email for delivery. All of a sudden today, I received a sms stating order cancelled by seller and it will be refunded by 02nd of aug without mentioning any reason.
This is a very big scam to use customers money for 15 days and abruptly cancel their orders. There has to be some legal mechanism or law to curb the same. Was this information helpful? |
