After a long follow-up with customer support and sent mail to sachin bansal (Founder of flipkart) we have not received any positiove response on it.
I have a voucher worth rs 5000
However, the validity of the voucher has been over on 11th january 2017 and
I am not able to use that voucher due to family health issue (Mom) and i
Was very busy in her treatment.
I follow-up with customer services and they said there is no policy to
Increase the validity of voucher or no policy to give money in any form.
I hope you know the value of money, and this amount is the liability of
Flipkart.
As a customer, i am humble request you to please give my money back in any
Form i. E credit note or check credit balance in my account or increase the
Validity of my voucher. Below are the details of the voucher
