Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the product being defective. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the service engineer has confirmed that the issue has been resolved in customer device. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.

Updated by YOGESH ARYA This is the stupid thing i heard now bcz i talked to flipkart executive in morning and they told me that mail us again from registered mail id which i already send today and now flipkart said that technician comment
This is serious fraud done by flipkart bcz seller message me that he dont want to refund me i attached screen shot here now
And no complaint is resolved yet bcz shruti priyadarshni who called me today from flipkart said that mail us from registered mail id which i already sended today
So how can they said problm is resolved they are making fools us that it
Please reaolve my issue and refund me
Becz flipkart said in description that honor 7s is fast and efficient and everything is perfect in description showing on flipkart about honor 7s
But I received slow performance phone in every manner so plaese refund me as soon ass possible befor 10days replacement time period lapse
Bcz earlier they appoint 2 time technician and wasted 3days then wasted 1more days by rejecting 3rd request and now 4 request also they are giving argue or comment that it
Hopefully my problm understand by consumer complaint officers and flipkart officer too

They said [protected]@flipkart.com is no longer in use and i already mailed on this mail yesterday and this [protected]@flipkart working well
Now not working wow flipkart fraud with its customer
Smartly doing fraud they are now that blocking mails from customer and saying mail id not working
Well done flipkart this is such a serious fraud

I had purchaed honor 7s phone from flipkart

When i try to make return request for refund then every time they arrenge technician for phone which is new and the technician came at my address two times and rejected the application saying this phone is already slow by default
And there is no hardware issue every time this stupid technician make my application rejected

He know already phone is slow but all time reject my application and said contact to flipkart
I already talked to flipkart they said contact to technician bcz he can make application approve for return only
Now 5th time request return and seller rejected 2time my request and flipkart unable to resolve my issue and refund me for this performnce wise slow product which wrong description on flipkart shows
Everytime seller rejected so please tell me what is flipkart 10days policy of return for securing its valuable customer if seller do fraud willfully and reject return request everytime
Please help me im tired bcz of making calls to care executives of flipkart and this stupid technician too
