Flipkart — Warranty not entertained by company as serial number was not printed on invoice by the seller

Hi kindly help me in regard to the problem which i am facing is that i have two tp link power bank and as i was having some issue with them i took them to the service centre . There i was told that we will not entertain your warranty claim as the bills are not having serial number of the products. They said that we will entertain your warranty claim if you will bring us the bill with the serial number on them. Kindly oblige me by helping me to get my problem resolved keeping in mind the problem which i had to face due to this issue. I am attaching the invoice copy of both the products for your reference and please reply back as early as possible.

Updated by Prashant Kumar i would like to inform as the refund request placed by you could not not be completed for both the orders as i was out of station and would be coming till 20 nov 16. then can my request be processed for refund. kindly reply regarding the same.
