Flipkart — wrong colour received seller have no return policy

I have ordered on 23 rd june 2020 n recieved the wrong colour pvc wallpaper on 28 june 2020, i have raised query i want grey colour or return the product n money back after multiple replies in 20 i get reply from the flipkart team seller have no return policy we cant do anything
I have attached images in order where it shows which colour i ordered iln i recieved white

U r same copy pasting, how seller got right to send which colour he wants, i[censored] cant return i Am asking u to colour change, seller sended by his wish how it will work, u guys have brain or not ?
