Flipkart — Wrong item sent & no replacement is initiated yet

Hello, i have placed an order OD[protected] for kara wallet on 19th October 2013 & got it on 24th October 2013. When i opened the parcel, i found out that Kara has sent me a wrong colored wallet (Cherry color instead of Red) and the wallet is damaged around the corners. Immediately on 24th itself, i lodged a complaint to flipkart about it, since 24 to 31st October i have contacted flipkart daily to get the issue resolved, everytime the irresponsible customer service told me that the seller will call me in 72hours, those 72 hours never came till date! On 31st October, i got a mail that my return request has been accepted. I called flipkart and told that i'll be out of station for a week so arrange for the reverse pickup after 7th November. The customer support told me that they'll do it according to my wish, today when i m back, i called flipkart to arrange for the reverse pick up, now i can see an entire new drama! They told me that no complaints were lodged, no return request was approved and the ten days replacement warranty is over while the customer support told me earlier that there wont be any prob for this as the seller will see the date on which u are lodging the complaint, if its within ten days of gtng the delivery, there is no issue. I feel cheated and helpless right now, i have wasted almost a month on this issue and no progress yet.
