[Resolved]  Flipkart — Wrong product delivered and exchange date skipped

I got a wrong colour product from flipkart and they have also skipped the replacement date of the product and have provided me a new date. It is very frustating as neither i can use the product and nor i can buy a new one. I also doubt that the product delivered to me was orignal. It is the mistake of the seller "SONANI" but i bought the product from flipkart so i am raising the complain against them. I don't want the product now i just need my RS. 1339 back that i paid for the product. Flipkart have also crossed the time limit they asked me for helping me to resolve my issue. I got the money back but it took a lot of time. Flipkart has really disappointed me and i will think 10 times now before buying any product from Flipkart.

Flipkart gave me another date of 10th August by which they said they will pick the product and then initiate the Return process but since the day i have got that information and today is the last date for them to collect the product, i have continously got the message that "We could't complete the pickup for the item and it will be reattempted tomorrow". I now know for sure that they are doing this on purpose. The worst E-commerce company i ever came across. If this forum is handled by government then i would request to take a strict action against Flipkart for this much delay and misguiding the customers.
I am attaching the supporting pics for the dates promised by flipkart and the message that i am getting daily that the product was not collected due to some reason.
