[Resolved]  Flipkart — wrong product received... also delivery is delayed by almost a month

This is to inform you that i have received a wrong product by flipkart during big billion days offer... Also the delivery is delayed by its expected delivery date... I had a conversation with the customer executives for exchange but there is no such options... Actually, i had placed an order in an offer... What flipkart used to do is they packed very different product and does not let me avail that offer... If it is their mistake, they will have to make an exchange... But they refuse to make an exchange and suggest me to return product and order again in a high price... My concern is that if they are not capable of giving offer, why they cheat customers on the name of big billion days?? Receiving a wrong product is not my fault so why should i pay now higher price for the same product?? They need to make a compensation of providing me same product with same price... Also i have requested for the same... But no any resolution provided to me by flipkart...

Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. However, the seller has initiated a return request for a refund of your Khadim's Men Brown Sandals. We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has confirmed the pickup from your address by 04 Nov 19. Once the product is picked up and reaches the warehouse then the seller will process for a refund. This refund will reflect within 2 business days as per standard banking procedures.
